The Next Big Thing
Starts With a Conviction.
We are a product studio. We identify deep-rooted problems, build experiences around them, and stay with those products until they reach the people who need them most.

01 · OUR VISION
We Build. We Scale.
We don't just build software. We look for problems worth solving—the kind that affect how people live, connect, and grow. Then we solve them.
We are a small team with a long horizon. Every decision we make is measured against one standard: will this matter five years from now?
We are not interested in quick wins. We are building institutions. The kind of products that become part of everyday life.

02 · WHAT WE ARE BUILDING
Three Product Markets. One Direction.
We will not announce until we are ready. But these are real. Each one is in active development, and each one is going after a problem that deserves a serious answer.

03 · OUR PRINCIPLES
This Is How We Operate.
These are not values written for a website. They are the actual rules we hold ourselves to.
01
We Own What We Build
No client dictates our roadmap. No external deadline overrides quality. We answer to our users and nobody else.
02
Research Before Code
We spend serious time understanding a market before writing a single line. Products built on assumptions fail. Products built on understanding last.
03
We Think in Decades
Not quarters. Not funding cycles. We are building products meant to be around long after the hype has moved on.
04
Small Until It Matters
A small team that moves fast and stays focused will always outpace a large one that does not. We intend to stay lean on purpose.
05
Depth Over Noise
We do not post announcements. We do not chase press. When we have something real to say, it will speak for itself.
06
Scale Is the Goal
Every product we build is designed to reach millions. Not in the abstract. In architecture, in design, and in every decision we take.
04 · OUR CONCEPT
Our Concept to Forge Entrepreneurs from Internships.
How we transform traditional tech internships into an incubator that molds interns into confident startup founders and product creators.
This concept is an open framework. Content and structure evolve as we refine the incubator model.
Build founders,
not employees
A step-by-step guide to running a six-month incubator that transforms interns into entrepreneurs.

VISUAL OVERVIEW
The Concept in Pictures
Empowering the Economy: The Ripple Effect of Entrepreneurial Internships
This guide documents a proven model for transforming traditional internship programs into entrepreneur-forging incubators. Instead of producing employees, this concept produces founders. Below you'll find the complete framework—selection criteria, cultural principles, curriculum, wellbeing practices, and exit structures—ready for any organization to adopt and customize.
Step 01 · Selection
How to select for resilience, not resumes
The principle: Prioritize candidates who have overcome real adversity. Grit and obsession outperform GPA when building founders.
How to implement: Design your intake process around "founder-market fit." Ask candidates about hardships they've navigated, side projects born from passion, and moments where they refused to quit. Technical skill is trainable—resilience is not.
What to look for: People who struggle to overcome life's hardships, or obsessive ones who genuinely want to build their own business. These are the profiles that survive the inevitable rough patches of startup life.
"We only select people who struggle to overcome life's hardships, or obsessive ones who genuinely want to build their own business."
Tharusha Kudagala — Founder & CEO, TKSOFT Studios
Adoption tip
Replace your traditional screening with a narrative interview. Ask candidates to tell you about their hardest year and what they built from it.
Step 02 · Culture
Implement the "anti-power" protocol
The principle: Technical brilliance paired with a toxic attitude is a character debt that bankrupts company culture. Screen for humility.
How to implement: Run a rapid-fire group project in the first week—specifically designed to expose ego and poor group dynamics. Follow with a 360-degree anonymous peer review. Only those who lead with empathy advance.
Why it matters: Founders who lack humility build brittle teams. This protocol ensures your incubator produces leaders who can build something larger than themselves.
ANTI POWER SCREENED
Screen for the humility required to build something larger than oneself—not just for raw technical skill. Adopt this seal as your cultural filter.
Adoption tip
Create a scoring rubric for collaboration during the group project. Weight "lifts others up" 3x higher than "individual performance."
Step 03 · Curriculum
Design a holistic curriculum beyond code
The principle: Treat technical training as one component of a larger entrepreneurial education. Founders need business, legal, and economic literacy alongside engineering.
How to structure the 6 months:
Month 1: Foundation — Software Engineering, Quality Assurance, and the first "Viva" defense exam
Month 2-3: Specialization — Mobile Platforms, AI/ML, and DevOps architecture (twice-weekly deep dives)
Month 3-4: Business — Commercial Law, Unit Economics, and Go-To-Market distribution strategy
Month 5: Build — Ship an MVP with real users and measurable analytics
Month 6: Validate — Live demo to real customers and secure at least 2+ verified lead conversions
The Viva: At the end of month one, each intern presents their solution (and a backup plan) to a panel of three inspectors covering tech, marketing, and finance, with two spectators observing. This high-stakes format builds presentation resilience.
Exit metric: By month six, the measure shifts from theoretical to tangible—interns must run a demo with real potential customers and land at least two lead conversions.
Adoption tip
Customize the technical tracks to your industry. The viva format and customer validation requirement are universal—keep those intact.
Step 04 · Wellbeing
Build in mental health infrastructure
The principle: In a pressure-cooker environment, mental health isn't a perk—it's a performance strategy. Sustainable scale needs a sustainable mind.
How to implement:
Provide 30-minute private counseling sessions for every intern
Use counselors from the same generation as participants (relatable, not clinical)
Build a proactive burnout-prevention framework—don't wait for breakdowns
Normalize asking for help as an essential leadership strength
Why same-generation counselors: Support feels relatable rather than clinical. When a 23-year-old talks to a 26-year-old counselor, walls come down faster.
Adoption tip
Partner with local mental health organizations. Many will provide pro-bono support for CSR incubators. Schedule sessions during work hours to remove friction.
Step 05 · Outcomes
Design three exit paths
The principle: The incubator ends not in a standard job offer, but in a choice. Turn your organization from employer into investor/partner.
The three paths to offer:
01
The Entrepreneurial Path
What you do: Help the intern register their own company and secure funding. They pay for use of your resources first, then you take a share of annual sales (revenue-based equity) starting year one.
02
The Corporate Path
What you do: Hire the intern. Their product becomes 60% company-owned. Guarantee either a static salary or a percentage of product monthly profit—whichever is higher.
03
The Hybrid Path
What you do: Offer a two-year contract. The intern works with you while launching a second project through the same incubator. At the end, they launch independently with you retaining an equity stake.
Adoption tip
Customize the equity percentages and contract terms to your local market. The structure—not the numbers—is what makes this work.
